Cape May Court House, New Jersey – Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor and the Borough of Wildwood Crest Public Safety Director, Eugene Taylor announce the arrest of two local residents of Cape May County, during the execution of a search warrant in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey.
The arrests are a result of a cooperative effort by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns, and Narcotics Task Force and the Wildwood Crest Police Department. The investigation concluded on October 10, 2014, with a Court Authorized Search Warrant executed by the Cape May County Regional S.W.A.T Team in the 100 East block of Morning Glory Road in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. As a result of the investigation, 50 bags of heroin were seized from the residence.
As a result of the investigation, Lori Nocentino, (35) years old and Anthony Seda, (37) years old of Wildwood Crest, New Jersey were charged with the following;
Possession of heroin, a third degree crime.
Possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, a third degree crime.
Endangering the welfare of a child, a second degree crime.
Lori Nocentino was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000.00 full cash bail and Anthony Seda was released on a summons complaint.
Prosecutor Taylor advises that persons convicted of a second degree crime are subject to a term of imprisonment of 5 to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison; persons convicted of a third degree crime are subject to a term of imprisonment of 3 to 5 years in New Jersey State Prison.
